Celebration of Life
Saturday was a special day. It has been one year since Mason went to be with our Mighty Savior.
Tracee planned such a special day for eveyone to enjoy and remember our Mas. Gabe and Landon were baptized that morning in the lake, which was such a gorgeous event. I really wish I had pictures, but I was in the moment and not thinking about where my camera was. Afterwards, family and friends rejoiced and remembered such a wonderful person. As Tracee put it "we can use this day to wallow in our sorrows or we can use it as a day to rejoice that we have hope and our hope is that Jesus saves and we will see Mason again" and that is how we chose to look at it. And by the decision that Gabe and Landon made they do have hope that they will see their Father face to face one day and their daddy again. I hope we will always do this sort of thing so maybe Huntley will be able to just get a glimpse of what a wonderful person his Uncle Mason was.
This was Huntley's first time going swimming in a pool. He kept a serious face and was trying to figure it out. Ellie was being such a big girl and trying to make sure he had an enjoyable experience. I wish I had more pictures of this day, but some things are better when looked at with the heart.

6 Month Check-up
This is how Huntley entertained himself while we were waiting for Dr. Bartlett.
Too bad the fun didn't last when the shots came. He actually did really good and maybe cried a minute
total, but we did have a reaction this time and had to deal with fever and fussiness the next few days.
Thank Goodness our boy is feeling back to his happy self.

Sitting Up
Note:
Go back and look at the pictures of all the kids from Jared's Birthday. For some reason when I posted them before they were just showing up as red x's. I went back and re-posted and now they are showing up. All the kids are so cute. I love the one where Huntley starts to play with Molly Jane's hair and in the very last one he is just so sad that someone took her away, I'm sure he was just about to get a real good grip.

Cooperation, Please!?!?!
We went over to Jared and Bonny's lake house to celebrate Jared's birthday and had a great time. We thought all the kids together was just too adorable not to capture, but it wasn't quite so easy to get a group shot of them.
Brooker is 2
August is 1 1/2
Huntley 5 1/2 months
Molly 1 month
