Sun n' Fun

A couple weekends ago, we loaded up in the RV and headed towards Sarasota to stay at Sun n' Fun with MeMe, Poppy, and Mason.  They were already there and Bryan asked if we wanted to pack and go, so why not?  We arrived Friday afternoon, the kids immediately found Mason and the fun began.

 After dinner, we went back to the pool area where they showed a HUGE outdoor movie.  The kids loved it.  We woke the next morning, cooked breakfast, and headed to the pool.
After the pool we went to jump on the bounce pillow.  This was super fun.

There is so much more to do at Sun n' Fun that we didn't even get to do.  This is surely a place we will visit again.

Like I said, these two are always up to something.  This is totally something I would have done when I was little.  They were so cute taking turns through the drive thru.  What great imaginations!!!

Summer Afternoon

These two are always having fun.  This was a rainy afternoon and they wanted to take cover in their playhouse.  The sat and chatted and had popsicles til the rain cleared.  It was such a cute thing to watch.

Siesta Beach Tri

Last year, Bryan really enjoyed the triathlon at Siesta Key.  He decided he wanted to do it again this year.  I think that this one will become an annual event.  It makes such a great getaway weekend and its a nice race.  We headed over Friday afternoon, pick up his packet, then found our hotel.  We went to Philipee Creek for dinner and the kids loved it.  We set on the deck and explored the dock area, fed the fish more of their dinner then they ate, and enjoyed watching the boats come in and out.  After dinner, we went to the beach for a couple hours til dark.  It was such a perfect evening.  The water was super calm and the kids loved it!

 The next morning we woke before the dawn.  The kids and I enjoyed time on the beach while daddy was racing.

 Go Daddy Go!

 Daddy got a new bike before this race.  We usually try to find a spot where we can find him on each part of his race and cheer him on.  We were playing on the playground and I told the kids that in a bit we needed to go and watch daddy on his bike.....as the words were coming out of my mouth, I saw him starting his run!  His was so fast during his bike we totally missed him.

He did awesome and placed 2nd in his division.

Hatton is doing so well sitting up.  She loves to play with her toys and splash in the water.  She seems like she's getting so big so quickly.  She loves her bath time.
