Where is Huntley?

This is his new favorite spot. Yes, in the trash can cabinet. He crawls over, pulls out the trash drawer, goes behind the trash can, climbs in, examines the space, climbs out, and then does it over and over again.
Guess, I'll be cleaning this space a little more often and better than I have in the past.

And yes, I took the garbage out after I got pictures instead of before.....hindsight is 20/20.

Christmas Tree or Mulch

We ran up to get our Christmas tree the other night at our local Lake Placid Christmas Tree Hut and Huntley was more excited about the mulch on the ground than the trees. He pitched a fit when I picked him up from his dandy time he was having down there examining all the pieces.
However, he did get excited about the tree once we got it home and decorated. We had to end up putting the kiddie fence around it though b/c he thinks the lights look tasty and tries to bite them and we have the big old fashion lights that would cause quite an incident if we were to crush it in our mouth. Oh Christmas tree, you are beautiful with your fence around you that covers 1/2 of you up. But I wouldn't have it any other way.

Wedding Bells and Snow

The week before last we headed to N.C. for our dear friends Sean and Shena's Wedding. We had a wonderful trip and what a beautiful wedding. It snowed the day of the wedding and it was gorgeous, but my camera battery had died and before I could get it charged the snow had stopped. I am so sad that I have no pictures of Huntley in his first snow. However, I do have pictures of the special event. Thanks for having us be part of your special day Mintz family.

Yes, my child was the one crawling around on the floor. After hours of confinement I just didn't care anymore!!!
I thought this decal was neat that they had made for the dance floor.

The wedding and reception were held in the same place. It was decorated beautifully.

The delicious red velvet cake.
Huntley thought the decorations were exquisite and was quite excited about them.
Is this boy gonna love Christmas or what?
