Old Things New Again

Huntley is loving all is old things that are new to him...
Like his baby swing.....
Heagan can only use it when he is taking a nap or something just may happen to her....

the carseat carrier he just had to try for himself....he has found it makes a great rocking recliner for watching TV.......

but who could get upset with a brother that loves you this much....even if he won't let you have your stuff to yourself.

This little angel of ours is the happiest baby! I know Huntley was a wonderful baby, but she just may be outdoing him. She is so calm and happy all the day long! Thank you Lord for two wonderful babies!!!!

Our Afternoons

This is usually what our afternoons consist of. Huntley swimming, digging in the sand, exploring, and quite often not listening now. So you can see where that lands Heagan. Poor baby has acclamated well to our way of life.

Well you can see where she gets to hang out in the background back there. Huntley is pretty sure he can do whatever he wants when I am holding her, therefore, I have to put her in some innovative places to keep up with him.

Huntley and Molly Jane

Molly Jane and Huntley are going to be forced to be friends by their mothers.
However, I'm pretty sure they want to be friends. They always have a good time together and we love to joke about what torture we will put them through as they grow older and have to hang out together ALL THE TIME.

Thank you for coming to play Molly Jane and Thank you Amy for helping me all day. You are such a blessing!

Huntley and Ashlyn

Huntley has had lots of friends come and visit since his little sister has arrived. Ashlyn comes and plays frequently and boy does he love her. They have quite an adorable friendship already!

Our Sweet Angel, minutes old

As most of you know, Heagan's delivery was wonderful but shortly afterwards she was struggling to breathe. This resulted in her staying a week in the NICU. We are so thankful for the attentive doctors and nurses that noticed this issue and were able to help her. We are also so thankful for all your thoughts and prayers during our stay. We know that it was the hand of God and the knowledge He provided to all the staff that healed our baby girl!

Days in the NICU

The first couple of days looked like this

She had to be on oxygen to stabalize her breathing. She had fluid on her lungs and a partially collapsed lung and needed oxygen in order to slow her respiratory rate down.

Due to prayer, it just kept getting better. Little by little she was able to get off some of the things she was hooked up to. Daddy getting a chance to hold his baby girl.
