Siesta Beach Triathlon

A few weeks ago, Bryan completed the Siesta Beach Triathlon in Siesta Key. NeNe and Papa kept the kids so we could enjoy the weekend with our friends. We enjoyed staying at the Lido Beach Resort and shopping St. Armands Circle. Bryan did awesome in all three areas of the triathlon. Darryl, Michelle and Denise also completed it and did great. Not many pictures to show for the weekend, but a few....
Preparing for his wave to begin the swim....
Coming out strong from the swim...

Racing towards the end of the bike...

And I do not get "wife of the year award" because I totally missed him coming in from his run. I guess you could say I underestimated him and thought I had plenty of time to get to the run finish, however, I missed him coming in and arrived at the finish just as they called his name. At least I heard it, just didn't capture it:) I am super proud of him!

Circus

The Picadilly Circus came to Sebring. We heard about it very last minute and made a quick decision to go. I'm so thankful we didn't miss this event. Amy and I took the kids and they LOVED it! I have never seen Heagan so excited for an entire 2 hours. She danced, clapped and kept her eyes glued the entire time. She would get so excited at times she would just straighten her legs and shiver. Huntley and Molly Jane were super excited about all the animals, tricks, circus toys and treats.
Two motorcycles doing tricks in a giant ball (a highlight for Huntley for sure!)

A boxing kangaroo

Waiting to see what is going to happen next

Watching the horses come in

This man did lots of snazzy tricks on his horse

Molly Jane had a few moments like this:)

I couldn't resist! Look at that face! He was sooo thankful!

Sweet Girls! The highlight of the show was the elephants.

A fun, fun night indeed!

And all of the sudden she was one....

It's unreal to me that she is already a year old. It seems she is still our little baby. In fact, that is her name 99% of the time. We always refer to her as "baby". I'm surprised she knows her name is Heagan. She is one of the most joyful babies I have ever been around. She is a happy girl all the time. She loves to eat, play with her big brother, or be outside. We are so blessed to be her mommy and daddy.
Unfortunately, in the hussle and bussle of hosting a party I didn't get many pictures. I'm sure I'll get some from others that had their cameras out, but this is what I have.
Her party was a small family gathering. She is such a loved little girl. We planned on a splash party and a splash party it was indeed. The flood gates came down and there was no end in sight so we played in the rain and got extra wet and extra dirty and had lots of extra fun!
Happy "One"derful 1st Birthday to a "One"derful Little Lady!

Wishing you, our sweet girl, more blessings than you can imagine this year!!
